United win to keep hope alive?

http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/football/premier-league/2009-2010/sunderland-manchester-united-283353.html#co

congratulation Sunderland.......you done job well.....but lack of luck.....and you show that you are better than MU.....

At 1:0 ManUntd should know that they do not deserve to win the season. This is the second club that let down and give victory to ManUntd. Totten was the first club and today even at full squad ManUntd can only manage one goal. Several players should have been sent off including Shrek who did nothing but kick opponents.

United deserve absolutely nothing. Rich club with no soul, no heart. Totally boring to watch.

I as a Man Utd fan would like to congratulate Chelsea for not only beating Liverpool but also losing 1game less than MU. Because you have done that, you deserve to be crown the BPL Champion for the season 2009-2010. To say that you totally deserve the title based on consistency of form throughout 39 games, i would say no. No team this year can say they have done that. I hope we can agree on that. Congrats to Chelsea and Mr. Ancelloti and Mr. Abrahimovic for selecting the right coach for this season and my simple advice to you is to maintain Mr. Ancelloti at the helm if you ever dream of winning the champions league.

Liverpool, what can i say about liverpool. The way you just laid down and lose to Chelsea was just pathetic. Your entire season has been really pathetic. Whether Benitez stays or go, personally i hope he stays because then he can continue to lead liverpool down the hole where they belong playing the way they are playing right now. Torres and Gerrard should leave if they ever want to have any chance of winning the biggies (BPL and Champions League). Where they can go, well there's no less number of suitors in the market. I believe liverpool chose to lose to Chelsea because they would rather chelsea win, liverpool lose any hope for champions league football next season than watch the team that has replaced them as the best english team for the last 2 decades take title number 19.

Man Utd... i still believe that you are the best team in the league. You play great football and when you dont, you are still able to grind out a win which is the hallmark of champions. So what if this year we loose the chance to get title number 19th of which i had hoped very much you could do just to rub it into Liverpool's face. On to next season! Man Utd Forever!!!!!!!

You see, the Chinese, like all human beings, want self-respect. And a sense of belonging in this country they call home. That is all the Chinese want, and have always wanted. Nothing more.

PM Lee's interview

Never Say Die...

With all the BS going around with coming by-elections, maybe we can learn something and get a dose of reality from our neighbors.

Q: “Finally what is the legacy of our dad, somebody I admire as you know from many conversations he and I have had together?”

Mr Lee: “He made a state where there was none, a country, a nation which would become a nation which nobody believed could succeed and he has made a system which can run without him and will endure beyond him.”

Q: “But he remains as Senior Mentor?”

Mr Lee: “He calls himself a mascot and he does not have time to worry about all these...”

Q: “What’s the most important lesson he taught you?”

Mr Lee: “Never say die, however desperate the situation, if you think hard enough you will find a resource and you will find a way out of it.”

Q: “Never say die, never give up, never forget the goal.”

Mr Lee: “And don’t forget where you came from. It could all be very different.”

M’sians happy with PM, says survey

http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2010/4/3/nation/5990341&sec=nation

883persons polled. That's like 0.004% of the total population of Malaysia eligible to vote.

So Mr. Star... dont you think its abit premature to say Malaysians are happy with PM?

Let me get this straight... Mastermind behind the coup for the Perak State Government, reverse the decision on teaching maths and science in English, flip flop about GST just to name a few and 0.004% of Malaysians constitute what the whole country is feeling about the work done by our PM?

Gee... what about that Guy who managed to get a health bill pass in order to provide 32million with Health Care after failures by at least 4 presidents before him to make significant changes?

I guess this can only happen in Malaysia...Malaysia BOLEH!!! aiya.... semua pun boleh lar......

Chinese New Year anyone?

Ok... abit of an lppl kind of heading because if you do not know that in 2days time, CNY will be upon us unless of course you happened to live under a coconut... must be huge coconut!

Yes the year of the tiger is upon us in 2days time and this year is abit special because valentine's day happens to fall on the 1st day of cny. That's probably why the roadside valentine gifts' sellers are out in full force today and maybe half day or maybe even the full day tomorrow. The profiteers from these two big celebrations must be cursing their luck that the celebrations are falling on the same day because that means people may choose to go for only cny instead of the usual fanfare associated with valentines day.

Today i heard from reliable sources that there was an incident at the 3rd mile market whereby a person got out of his car with a big piece of wood to smash the car window of a truck. What actually caused this incident was apparently this truck accidently backed into the car of the person with the wood. Another incident which is closer to home was when i was making a switch from the right lane to the left and there was a black kancil on the left lane who gave me a very 'garang' look when i gave her the chance to pass me before i turned into the left lane. She was wearing black by the way and i would say she was probably a mom on the way home maybe rushing to prepare dinner or rushing to get home to prepare for cny eve dinner which will take place tomorrow. While i was having lunch today at padungan i could hear the constant car horning happening around me. Someone probably double parked while rushing into a shop to get some cny stuff.

Such anger, frustrations and impatience on a period whereby we are supposed to gather together with out family members to celebrate our togetherness and welcome the new year which is supposed to give us prosperity throughout the year. I wonder what it was like back before i was born, i mean during my parent's early childhood or even my grandparent's day whereby there was no H&L, no Ngui Kee, no Everrise, No Spring, No Boulevard and no whatever shop or supermarket bombasting you on a daily basis with promotions of food items that we normally over buy and end up torturing ourselves to finish when the 1st few days of cny are over or worse, because we cannot finish the food, we give the leftovers to homes of the aged, lame, orphanages etc. I am no saint nor am i above any guilt from all the above but do we actually stop and think of what we are doing everyear when this season comes along....

So... Chinese New Year anyone?

Just out of curiosity, do any of you ever wonder why you have to pay the Assessment Bill (MBKS) every year?

I'm not complaining or anything, but i would sure like to know how MBKS decides to charge me at this rate every year. I mean i dont mind paying as long as they can break it down in details how they come up with this total of RM569++ every year. Is it urr... :

RM100 for garbage?
RM100 for Street Maintenance?
RM100 for Street Lighting?
RM100 for Grass cutting?
RM100 for ...
hmm......
